- As needed — usually half and half, but if the assessment shows one deserves more time, we'll adjust the balance and tell you why.
- Is this the same as the Premium treatment?
- The Premium lasts 90 minutes and, alongside osteopathy and massage, also includes a chiropractic part. This treatment is a shorter, more focused version.
- Should I bring anything?
- Nothing in particular. If you have recent scans, feel free to bring them.
