What data we collect
This website does not collect personal data: there are no forms, user accounts or newsletters. You only share data with us if you contact us yourself by phone, email, WhatsApp or Viber — and we use it solely to answer your enquiry and arrange an appointment.
Bookings through the Fresha platform
Online bookings are processed by the Fresha platform (Fresha.com SV Ltd). The data you enter when booking — name, contact details, chosen appointment — is processed by Fresha as an independent data controller, in accordance with its own privacy policy available at www.fresha.com.
Cookies and embedded content
The site uses no analytics or marketing cookies. The Contact page embeds a Google map; when it loads, Google may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP). To exercise these rights, an email to info@goldenhands.hr is enough.
