Vacuum cups and massage in the same session.
Cupping + massage · Vodice
A combination for those whom massage alone doesn't reach deep enough: the cups first release the fascia and boost circulation, and the massage then finishes what would otherwise take twice the time.
It's most often chosen by guests with long-standing tension in the back and shoulders.
What the treatment is like
- A short chat and an assessment of where you hold tension
- Cupping on the back — static cups or gliding over oil
- Massage of the same areas while the tissue is most receptive
- Visible round marks for a few days after the treatment
Who it's for
- For a chronically hard back and shoulders
- When massage helps, but doesn't last long enough
- For athletes after a demanding period
- For guests who want to try cupping alongside a familiar massage
Frequently asked questions
- In what order does the treatment go?
- As a rule, cups first, then massage — so the massage works on tissue that's already released. We adjust the order if needed.
- Will there be marks?
- Yes, round marks are normal and fade within three to ten days. They aren't painful.
- Is this too much for my first treatment with you?
- Not if you're already used to deeper massage. If you're completely new, it may be more comfortable to start with a classic massage and add cupping next time.
